Birth Doula Support
Personal doula services throughout the entire pregnancy, including two prenatal visits, labor support, and one postpartum visit.
What is included in birth package:
Two 1-hour prenatal meetings: During our first meeting, we will get to know one another and discuss your birth goals and concerns. For our second meeting, we will review coping measures, positioning during labor and birth, postpartum plans, and much more.
Continuous calls, texts, and email support throughout pregnancy and labor.
Birth support: continuous support throughout your active labor and delivery. We will use positioning and movement to help baby descend safely and keep you as comfortable as possible during the process. I will also stay during the Golden Hour to assist with skin-to-skin and feeding your baby.
One postpartum visit: This is a great way to reflect on your birth experience and help you transition to parenthood. This is where we will apply your postpartum plan and any additional support you may need. This is a time for healing, addressing any concerns and needs you or baby may have, and provide any resources or referrals you may require.
Price varies based on distance required to travel and starts at $3000.
Postpartum Care
Care in your home that is booked by the hour.
Included in postpartum care:
Breastfeeding counseling with latch and positioning help
Understanding baby cues
Diapering and baby care
Sibling support
Resources and referrals (massage, acupuncture, support groups, pediatric chiropractors, etc.)
Non-judgmental support for family
Help with organizing the home and nursery (including baby’s laundry)
Sleeping solutions and how to get enough sleep in the first weeks, as well as sleep conditioning
Help create a nurturing and quiet environment for the family
Care for baby when parents want to shower, nap, or spend some special time with older children
Hands-on education for infant and birth parent care
Prepare pump supplies or bottles
Baby wearing assistance, education, and demonstrations
Care for parent as you recover from birth
Processing the birth experience
Teaching soothing techniques
$60-75 per hour depending on number of hours purchased.
A La Carte - $75/hour
Little ones are unpredictable in the beginning therefore, so are your needs. This plan gives you the maximum flexibility to choose exact dates and hours with a smaller package of hours.
Flexible Care (minimum 100 hours) - $70/hour
This plan can be a combination of day and night time support. Day shifts are 4-6 hours and nighttime shifts are a 10-hour minimum.
Continuous Care (minimum 200 hours) - $65/hour
Same services as the Flexible Care package but with a higher minimum of hours.
Deluxe Care (minimum 300 hours) - $60/hour
Set yourself up for success with 300 hours or more of nighttime support!
Lactation Support
As a breastfeeding specialist, I can help guide you through your breastfeeding/lactation and bottle-feeding questions, as well as troubleshoot any issues that arise.
In person or virtual - $200 for one 90-minute session.
Sleep Training
As a certified sleep specialist, I can tell you that every baby is unique and there is not a one-plan-fits-all solution. We will carefully tailor a sleep plan that caters to your individual needs, and have you and your baby sleeping soundly!
This package will include a total of four shifts to observe and create your tailored plan. The first shift will be during the day, and the following night we will start three consecutive night shifts. Once the observing is complete, you will be provided with your specific plan and we will guide you throughout.
Sleep training for your family is $5500.
Placenta Encapsulation
There are so many benefits to this ancient remedy. Placenta capsules are known to boost milk supply, restore hormonal levels, reduce postpartum bleeding, and replenish nutrients to the mother's body. Professionally-prepared capsules are used to give mothers a much needed boost to postpartum recovery.
Placenta Service Includes:
Pick-up from birthing location in a safe and timely manner
Placenta tincture (long-term placenta benefits and it never expires!)
Placenta capsules
Placenta encapsulation begins at $400 and includes several options for preparation.
